Each of our affordable, pet friendly studio and one bedroom living spaces feature wood-plank style floors, new cabinetry, and a fully equipped kitchen with full-size appliances. Residents can also enjoy the 25,000 sq ft of common area space throughout the property, which includes a gym, event center, meeting rooms and an outdoor courtyard.

Are pets allowed?
Yes, we love having pets here! Each room is restricted to only 1 pet (cat or dog) per room. All pets must be under 50 pounds with current immunization records and not included on our restricted breed list. Please see our restricted breed list and contact the sales office for any additional information.
* A one-time non-refundable fee of $250 will be charged along with a $25 monthly pet fee.
Who manages this property?
An experienced on-site property manger will be available to handle any questions and/or concerns that you may have throughout your short or long-term stay.
Why should I choose to “Live” at ReVi over other properties?
Our apartment accommodations set us apart for a unique way to “LIVE”! Our community provides you the opportunity to “LIVE” flexibly, while offering a 12 month lease for both studios and a limited amount of one-bedroom suites.
Do you have rental criteria for long-term guests?
All long-term applications are subject to approval through an outside screening program. The screening program reviews applications based on an empirical system that incorporates various credit factors and other non-statistical factors to determine overall applicant worthiness. The screening program also review other criteria, such as evictions, rental collections, and criminal background. We may have additional requirements based on the results, such as a non-refundable risk mitigation fee. Applicants who do not have a social security number cannot be processed and will, therefore, be subject to additional screening and/or other requirements. Please get in touch with the sales office for more details and to receive a copy of our qualifying criteria.
Will I be charged for extra guests occupying my room?
No, there is no cost for additional guests. However, due to the size of each room, fire code only allows a maximum of 2 guests per studio suite, and up to 3 guests in our one-bedroom suites. Please contact us for any additional information.
Is there a minimum age requirement to reserve an apartment?
Yes. All leasee’s must be at least 18 years of age with valid identification in order to occupy an apartment.
What amenities are included for long-term guests?
All long-term guests can enjoy accessible WiFi, business center, guest laundry, pool, fitness center, large courtyard, on-site restaurant, mail room with Amazon lockers, and storage lockers (additional monthly cost). In addition, long-term guests can enjoy our large amenity room that offers co-op work spaces, movie theater, pool table, ping pong, air hockey, multiple sitting areas with TVs, and more!
What are the pool hours & rules?
Our indoor/outdoor pool is open daily from 10:00am – 9:00pm. Pool rules are as follows:
- No lifeguard on duty, swim at your own risk
- No running or diving.
- No boisterous or rough play.
- No glass allowed in pool or on pool deck
- No animals or pets allowed in pool or on pool desk
- Children under the age of 16 are not allowed to use pool without parent or adult guardian supervision
- Pool is for residents and authorized guests only
Is smoking permitted?
ReVi Harrisburg prides itself on being a 100% smoke-free property. Guests & residents can enjoy designated smoking areas within the property grounds but are not permitted to smoke anywhere inside the facility or rooms. Anyone found violating this policy will be subject to a minimum cleaning fee of $250.
What is included in my rent?
At ReVi Harrisburg, we make it easy for our residents with all-inclusive, packaged, and a la carte options. DirecTV (105 Channels) and faster Wi-Fi (50-100 MB) are available in our PLUS & PREMIUM packages as well as à la carte items for an additional cost.
Are there any garages or storage available?
We don’t offer any garages however, we do have rentable storage lockers that range in size and price. Please contact us for additional information.
